The Disciplinary and Ethics Committee of the Saudi Football Association issued a severe penalty against Mohamed Simakan, the defender of Al -Nasr, after being exposed to direct exposure during the confrontation of Al -Ahly in the Saudi Roshen League.

According to the match referee's report, Simakan obtained a direct red card as a result of a non -athletic behavior towards one of the Al -Ahly players, which prompted the committee to stop two official matches.

In addition to the suspension, the committee imposed on the player a fine of 20,000 Saudi riyals to be paid for the benefit of the Saudi Football Association, according to Article (4-1-2) of the discipline list.

The committee emphasized that the decision is final and is not subject to appeal, according to Article (144) of the regulations, which means the absence of Simakan from two official matches with victory, which constitutes a great loss for the team.

It is noteworthy that the match was held on February 13, 2025, and witnessed events full of excitement and tension, the most prominent of which was the expulsion of Simakan, which sparked widespread reactions between the fans and analysts because of its intensity.
