Saudi negotiations to include Al -Ahly .. Al -Ahmar resolves its position

Rami Rabia, Al -Ahly defender, received an official offer from the Saudi Al -Fateh Club to include him during the winter transfer period, which ended on February 8. Rabia is entitled to sign any club without referring to Al -Ahly, due to the end of his contract at the end of the current season.

Despite the tempting Saudi offer, Rami Rabia preferred to continue with Al -Ahly, and refused to move during January or until the signing of a transfer contract after the end of the season. His decision came in light of his desire to stay with the red team, despite the external offers he received.

Al -Ahly club is seeking to resolve the file of the renewal of Rami Rabia's contract in the coming days. Mohamed Shawky, Deputy Sports Director, will hold a session with the player to end the negotiations, after stumbling in the last period due to some differences on the items of the new contract.

Al -Ahly made an offer to renew Rami Rabia's contract for a period of three years, at a value of 14 million pounds annually, in addition to two million pounds for ads. The club stipulated that the renewal of the third season be linked to the player's participation in 70% of the second season matches.

Rami Rabia wants to increase the financial value of the contract, while canceling the condition of participation in the second season. Mohamed Shawky seeks to reach a compromise that satisfies the two parties, to ensure that the player continues within the ranks of the red team, especially with Al -Ahly's need for his defensive experience.
