French coach Didier Deschamps expressed his opinion on his compatriot Zinedine Zidane, a candidate for the French roosters.
Deschamps had announced earlier his departure from France after the 2026 World Cup.
Deschamps said in comments singled out for the French newspaper "L'Equipe" and stated: "Zinedine Zidane, the next coach of the French national team? Well, he is a very good candidate."
It is noteworthy that Zinedine Zidane has not trained any club since his departure from Real Madrid 2021.
