Navarro: The referee of Al -Hilal and Qadisiyah match will not be punished because he is foreigner
Manuel Navarro, head of the referees committee of the Saudi Football Association, revealed that there were errors committed by the Austrian referee Julian and Winberger during his management of the Al -Hilal and Al -Qadisiyah match in the league.
Where Al-Hilal lost, against Al-Qadisiyah 1-2 in the match that was held for the 17th round of the Saudi Roshen League, on Monday 27 January.
"I did not make any decision against the referee of the Al -Hilal and Qadisiyah match because it is a foreign referee."
He continued, "But the union to which the ruling and the continental union were notified of the mistakes he committed and I cannot punish him because it is an international rule."
He added: "Any club can request hearing the discussion that took place between the rule of the mouse and the rule of the square, and I always rely on the Saudi referee in all the league matches."
He concluded: "We stopped the monthly analysis of the arbitration errors because the cases were not available periodically. Meetings were held with all clubs not only for arbitration errors, but the referees committee must have a strong relationship with clubs."
