Borussia Dortmund opened the scoring in the 18th minute by Serho Girassi, and in the 45th minute he returned again and scored the second goal.

While Shakhtar club succeeded in reducing the difference by scoring the first goal in the 51st minute through Marlon Gomez, but Ramy Bin Sabaini managed to settle the match for his team Borussia Dortmund by scoring the third goal in the 80th minute to become 3/1.

With this precious victory, Borussia Dortmund is ranked tenth in the UEFA Champions League table with 15 points, while Shakhtar club comes in 27th place with 7 points.
