Gomez's comments before the victory match

The Saudi Al -Fateh coach Jose Gomez confirmed that his club needs an attacker during the current winter Mercato.

Al -Fateh will meet with his counterpart Al -Nasr tomorrow, Sunday, in round 17 of the Saudi Professional League.

"We have a very difficult match, as is the case with the matches against the conflicting teams for the title," Gomez said at the press conference.

He added: "The center that I need certainly is the spearhead, and this is not a sign of the failure of our striker Deganini, but it is important to have a ready attacker in anticipation of any emergency."

He concluded: "Facing the Crescent, Victory and Al -Ittihad is difficult. These teams have preference without a doubt."

Al -Fateh is currently in the last place in the Saudi League table with only 9 points after 16 rounds for the competition.
