Officially .. Barcelona announces the renewal of Gerard Martin's contract
Barcelona announced in an official statement today, Friday, the renewal of its defender Gerard Martin.
The club said: "Barcelona and its player Gerard Martin reached an agreement to renew his contract, which will link him to the club until June 30, 2028."
He added: "Barcelona defender signed his new contract, with the presence of President Juan Laporta; and the director responsible for football for youth, Joan Soller, the club's sports director, and the football director of youth, Jose Ramon Alexanko."
The young defender with the first team played 59 games in all competitions and made a goal.
