Press reports confirmed the desire of the Saudi Al-Ittihad Club to request foreign referees for its remaining matches in the league.

The Saudi Al-Riyadiya newspaper said that the Dean's administration will request foreign referees, including VAR referees, with the main arbitration crew.

The newspaper indicated that the upcoming Al-Kholud match in Round 18 is the first that will be played with a foreign refereeing team, given that time may not allow foreign referees to be brought in for the match. You were included in the 17th round due to the expiry of the period specified for submitting the application, which was set by the Saudi Football Association at 14 days.

Al-Ittihad will meet its counterpart Al-Shabab next Wednesday in the 16th round of the Saudi League, and the match will be played by a foreign arbitration team, as the Federal Administration submitted the request in advance.
