
The management of the Saudi Al-Fateh Club has expressed its desire to sign a contract with Egyptian international Hamdi Fathi, the Qatari Al-Wakrah player, during the current winter transfer period, to strengthen its ranks.
The management of Al-Fateh wants to Hamdi Fathi was included on loan for a period of 6 months until the end of the current season of the Saudi Roshan League, at the request of the Portuguese Jose Gomez, the team’s technical director.
The Al-Fateh administration made an official offer to Al-Wakra to loan Hamdi Fathi, and the Qatari club is discussing the offer before making its final decision, whether to approve or reject.
Gomez wants to strengthen the ranks of Al-Fateh, after he recently assumed the task of coaching the team, following his departure from Zamalek Club, which contracted with Swiss Christian Gross to succeed him.
