Napoli coach Antonio Conte confirmed that the young star, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, has asked to leave the team this January.
The coach said: “Kvaratskhelia asked to leave the club. I spoke with Khvicha and he assured me of his intention to leave the club immediately.”
He continued: I tried to convince Kvaratskhelia to stay, but he decided to go and try to play a season. New.”
Paris Saint-Germain reached an agreement with the player on personal terms, and the French club is working to agree with Napoli on the value of the deal.
