Tottenham player suffers a serious injury

Tottenham Hotspur's star midfielder, Rodrigo Betancur, suffered a seemingly serious injury, in his team's ongoing match against Liverpool, in the English League Cup.

Betancur fell in the 7th minute. On the field, after a corner kick for his team, he tried to follow it with his head, but accidentally fell on his face.

The medical staff intervened to provide first aid to the player, before he left. stretcher per minute 15.

According to beIN Sports correspondent Ibrahim Khadra, initial reports indicate that the player suffers from a fractured jaw, awaiting further examinations.
