Al-Harifi expects Ronaldo to continue with Al-Nasr
Fahd Al-Harifi, the former Al-Nasr star, expects Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo to continue among the international ranks in the coming period.
Don's contract with Al-Nasr expires at the end of the current season.
Al-Harifi said on the “Sports Scoop” program on the “SBC” channel: “Ronaldo’s individual numbers with Al-Nasr are not surprising, as he is a player with a great passion and football culture.”
He added: “It is true that age has rulings, but I support his continuation for another season, and I am not afraid that he will move to another competing team in the Saudi League. This will not happen.”
He continued: "I expect Ronaldo to renew his contract with Al-Nasr. There are 6 months remaining until the end of the season, which is enough time to make a decision."
He continued: "I do not expect Ronaldo to change his destination at the age of 39. He always says that he loves Saudi Arabia, and he is very comfortable living here."
He continued: “I believe that a player like Ronaldo can make the right decision. His statements are always sincerely positive about Saudi Arabia and the Saudi League.”
