A Spanish press report said that Paris Saint-Germain is targeting Chelsea star Coller Palmer.
The Spanish newspaper “El Nacional” reported that Saint-Germain is monitoring 200 million euros to include Palmer.
Chelsea signed Palmer for 47 million euros from Manchester City, and he has a contract with the Blues until the summer. 2033.
